Caught Up In Conservation/Campout

Welcome to our FREE Fall Creek Falls, Tennessee State Parks, Caught up In Conservation volunteer event. This was formerly known as our Summer Group CAMPOUT. Registration will be required through the Tennessee State Parks Galaxy App at https://tnstateparksvolunteer.galaxydigital.com/agency/detail/?agency_id=116316

This is a family and pet friendly event. Children must be accompanied by their parents, and pets must be animal and people-friendly.

All campers must provide their own camping equipment, food, and drinks. Don’t forget your camp chair. S’mores will be provided on Friday and Saturday nights.

We will be at the Eli Field Group Campsite area. We will be involved in several projects centered around the lake, from trash cleanups, building fish habitats, and restoring the Gilbert Gaul Trail rain shelter. Each project must be signed up for ahead of time using the link provided. (TSP staff will be available to assist with Galaxy Digital volunteer signup, on-site, Friday evening at the campsite as well.) A lunch will be provided for participants.

Afterward, you are welcome to enjoy the park however you like; there are plenty of activities for the whole family, such as swimming, camping, biking, fishing, hiking, and more.

The event begins around 4: pm CST on Friday with Caught. Up In Conservation activities on Saturday, and ends around noon on Sunday.
