WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you plan to attend a Responsible Stewardship cleanup there are a few things you need to know that will help you show up prepared to foster stewardship together safely and to become an asset to our public lands and public spaces. This is what you need to know and possibly bring with you:
Dress accordingly to the weather and wear sturdy footwear.
Get registered HERE or by clicking the button above.
Be prepared to clean up litter or remove graffiti with like minded individuals whose passions are to make our public lands and spaces more inviting for everyone to enjoy them responsibly. Also be prepared to laugh and have a great time.
RS will provide equipment for all Responsible Stewardship Volunteers (RSV) to use during an RS Cleanup (reusable gloves, grabbers, reusable barley bags and/or buckets).
If a cleanup event needs to be canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. It will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

This will be a Zero Added Waste Cleanup meaning we will be using reusable gloves and reusable bags to collect the litter in, then dumping it into designated dumpsters for proper disposal. This is a FREE event and is family and pet friendly.

Meet The Mountains Festival - Johnson City, TN
Join us at the Meet the Mountains Festival in beautiful Johnson City, TN. We will be setting us as a vendor at the festival and doing a presentation on “How to do a ZERO ADDED WASTE Cleanup'“.
The festival begins at 4:PM EST on August 18th and comes to a close at 10:PM EST on Aug 19th.
We will also be raffling off prizes and having games for the whole family.
We need volunteers to help us at our booth at this festival. All Volunteers will receive a FREE RS Tee. Message us on social media if you’re able to help.

Tri-State Outdoors Festival
Come join us at the 2nd annual Tri-State Outdoors Festival in beautiful downtown Cumberland Gap, TN on July 15th. This festival begins at 10:AM EST and ends at 5:00 PM EST.
There will plenty of activities for the whole family to do during the festival. There will also be plenty of food vendors and beverage vendors on hand in addition to many musical artist to enjoy.
We will be set up as a vendor and will be doing a presentation at 3:30 PM EST on “How to do a ZERO ADDED WASTE cleanup” along with Brian Bell of our sister organization Keep Virginia Cozy.
So come join us! we will be raffling off prizes and having games for the whole family.
